Free Septic Pump Reminder for Western MA Homeowners

Most septic problems are avoidable. The number one cause of early system failure is waiting too long between pump-outs — solids accumulate, escape into the leach field, and you're looking at a $15,000–$40,000 replacement.

Tell us your household size and when you last pumped. We'll send you a reminder when it's time. No spam. No selling your information. Just one useful email when your system needs attention.

Questions

How do I know when I last pumped?

Check your home inspection report, the original Title 5 inspection report, or look for a pump-out receipt. If you just bought the house, the previous owner may have records. If you can't find documentation, it's safest to assume it's been 3–5 years and schedule a pump-out.

Is this actually free?

Yes. You'll get the reminder email and that's it. We may eventually include a recommended local contractor in the reminder, but we'll always be transparent about that.

What if I move or sell the house?

Just unsubscribe from the reminder email. There's an unsubscribe link in every message.

Can I change my information later?

Reply to any email from us and we'll update your record. We're a small local operation — no ticket systems or automated responses.
